[Resolved] Stop Product Archive Header Image Going Full Width

Hi there – I need the main hero image on this page: http://blackwatch.kinsta.cloud/shop/

to be the same width as the hero image on this page: http://blackwatch.kinsta.cloud/cafe/

i.e. not full width. The shop page is my default product archive page template. The Cafe page is a regular page. The Product archive page template was developed using Elementor Theme Builder and the Cafe page also developed using Elementor. The settings for both header images are the same – they are both set to boxed, the uploaded images are the same size and they are both set to center/center, no repeat and cover in the Elementor settings but I can’t stop the archive header going full width. I suspect the Theme is overriding the Elementor settings for the archive templates but not the regular pages. Please advise on a fix. Happy to provide temporary wp-admin access if you need to go in and take a look. Hoping you can help.

That is not the case.

The working hero has this extra padding from Elementor which doesn’t exist is the full width one:

Have you checked with their support?
