I have multiple sites running on 1.8 and haven’t noticed any issues with the sticky navigation.

Can you try #1 here to eliminate any plugin conflicts first?

The console error is gone now which is likely why the sticky navigation is working again.

要是使用英文就没有问题.

Hmm the menu system is from WordPress itself and I don’t think it will accept Chinese as it’s related to coding – no coding is done in Chinese.
