Sticky Navigation Not available

I have multiple sites running on 1.8 and haven't noticed any issues with the sticky navigation.

Can you try #1 here to eliminate any plugin conflicts first?

What do you mean by not available? Your sticky navigation seems to be working?

The console error is gone now which is likely why the sticky navigation is working again.

Hmm the menu system is from WordPress itself and I don't think it will accept Chinese as it's related to coding - no coding is done in Chinese.
