There’s nowhere for me to upload a logo

and yes, GP Menu Plus Add-On is activated.

Hi Cynthia,

That's strange - haven't heard this one before.

Can you confirm that you are using the latest GP Premium version 2.0.3?

If so any chance you can disable all plugins except GP Premium to eliminate any odd conflicts?

Yes I have GP 2.0.3

And yes, deactivated all plugins except GP and still no logo upload. I recorded everything so you can see. link below

Videos don’t really help with problems like this one unfortunately.

Are you able to create a staging site for us to do some tests?

I’m not able to replicate the issue on my install.
