Search not displaying properly on the nav bar

Hi,

I migrated to Flexbox with no major issues except that now the navigation search is displayed in the center of the navbar on desktop. I cleared all the caches, the cdn cache, deleted all the custom css and regenerated the external css but nothing seems to change it. What should I do?
