It was working as of a few days ago. I’m not sure what might have updated or been changed that would affect this.
August 16, 2019 at 1:40 pm #986074LeoStaffCustomer SupportHi there,
Just to confirm that the option is indeed activated?
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/sticky-navigation/If so then try disabling all plugins except GP premium to test.
Nothing has changed from GP’s end 🙂
Let me know.
August 16, 2019 at 3:24 pm #986134MelissaI’ve turned off everything except GP Premium, Advanced Custom Fields, and Code Snippets. The site php completely breaks if I disable those.
Nothing I do in Customizer seems to have an effect. I’ve currently used Customizer to set the text font to blue. It remains black.

August 16, 2019 at 3:39 pm #986143MelissaI should note that the things previously set with the customizer remain as they should be. It’s only new changes that aren’t displaying. They do display in the WYSIWYG preview, though.
August 16, 2019 at 4:02 pm #986158LeoStaffCustomer SupportUnfortunately I can’t really identify the issue without ALL plugins disabled first.
It’s possible that there are PHP in code snippets that are causing the issue.
Any chance you can disable all plugins except GP Premium?
Make sure there aren’ any caching plugins or server cache activated as well.
August 16, 2019 at 7:05 pm #986237MelissaOk, all plugins are removed. Most pages are now broken, but here’s one that works.
August 16, 2019 at 7:06 pm #986238MelissaAnd there is no caching.
August 17, 2019 at 9:40 am #986644DavidStaffCustomer SupportHi there,
have you eliminated browser caching by viewing the site on an incognito/private browser?
If it still looks like no changes are made can you share a screen shot of what you’re seeing so we can compare?August 17, 2019 at 11:41 am #986734MelissaYes, I’ve also tried different browsers entirely.
Two screenshots are attached. I made obvious color changes in the first one with the Customizer window open. The other is an incognito window that shows non of these changes.

August 17, 2019 at 11:42 am #986735MelissaDo you guys need me to leave all the plugins disabled?
August 17, 2019 at 11:44 am #986738DavidStaffCustomer SupportIn your customizer – beside the Save/Publish button there is a cog ( it will appear after you make any changes ) – click the cog and make sure you have published selected, not Save Draft
August 17, 2019 at 12:15 pm #986751MelissaShit! That was all it was! I don’t know how it got shifted to draft.
Thanks for your patience!
August 17, 2019 at 12:16 pm #986753DavidStaffCustomer SupportYou’re welcome – glad you got it resolved.
