sticky header wont display after the 1rst scroll

Hi,
I use GPprenium 1.8.rc.2 , Sticky header and a Tobbar.
My prob is that the sticky header only appears after the second scroll. it results there is not any header between the first scroll and the second scroll !
that's make me crazy =)
any idea?
Another question: every GPprenium plugin update will overwrite the footer datas by the initial: "powered by GENERATEPRESS.COM" ?

Hi there,
in the Sticky Nav settings just set the Transition to None.
If you have edited the Footer Copyright then this information will remain the same on update.
