Sticky Header with Sticky Widget

I'm using Q2W3 Fixed Widget plugin to make my sidebar widgets sticky, but with the sticky header/nav is enabled, the first/top widget slides under the fixed header. Is there a way to add a minimum top margin to the sidebar position? (I'm using a left sidebar, if that's at all important).

i believe with that plugin you can apply a top ( and bottom ) margin in Appearance -> Fixed Widget Options
