sticky header not working. Was working fine, not sure what happened

Sticky header was working just fine. stopped working out of no where. Have tried disabling and reenabling it. Still nothing. Any thoughts?
It was SEO Slider plugin. Not sure what is causing it, but it was determined to be that plugin.
