Sticky container on scroll

Hi,
I'm looking to make a notification container slide up from the bottom of the page just how they do it here: https://bit.ly/34qWj1y
once a user have scrolled pass the first container the sticky notification container appears at the bottom (or up top under the header) of the page, and if you scroll upp again then it dissapears, is there any solution for doing this with elements?

That'll require custom JavaScript which is out of the scope of the support forum Unfortuanly.
I would recommend doing some research on plugins which can do this :)
