Static page with blog categories

Hey guys,
I’m looking for help. Maybe some of you can help me.
I want to show blog categories on multiple static pages.
I know that it’s possible to do this with the category menu in the menu options.
But that’s not what I want.
I need a static page with additional information at the beginning of the page which I can change on each page.
I also need a styling like on the main blogroll.
Maybe it’s possible to choose the blog category on the static page so I just need one page template.

I hope you know what I mean and you can help me.

You can use a plugin like this, but it won’t have the exact same styling as GP: https://en-ca.wordpress.org/plugins/display-posts-shortcode/

Alternatively, you can add your static content as the category description by going to “Posts > Categories” and clicking on the category.
