[Support request] Static Home Page Issue

I designed a custom page using Elementor pro and set it as a static homepage. However, the home page won’t load and the browser throws ‘too many redirects’ issue.

I cleared cache and deactivated the caching plugins but no use.

Hi there,

go to Dashboard > Settings > Reading and set Your Home Page Displays > Static Page and select the one you have designed in Elementor.

Hi David,

I tried that even before posting a topic but it doesn’t seem to help. I don’t know what could be causing this issue. I guess it could be with my .htaccess file.

I need to be able to make my Elementor page the new home page. Would you help me resolve this?

What is currently set under your Reading settings?

Home Page is currently set to show latest posts.

Can you change this to Static Page and select the Elementor page you have created. Then clear any cache plugins and the browser cache and let me know so i can take a look.
