[Resolved] Starting with blank page?

Seems like the theme loads a few elements on the page automatically. When I open the page with Elementor there’s nothing there except the Header and Footer I’m customizing.

When I open the site on a desktop, tablet or mobile I’m seeing the sidebar with:

Recent Comments
Archives
Categories
No categories
Meta
Site Admin
Log out
Entries RSS
Comments RSS
WordPress.org

How do I get rid of these?

I’ve selected the “Content No Sidebar” and “Elementor Full Width” on page editor in the WP Editor.

Any help appreciated.

Hi there,

The page you linked is a blog/archive page so the metabox won’t work (a WP thing).

Sidebar layout of blog page can be adjusted in the customizer:

Elementor also won’t work on blog/archive page.

Not sure what makes this a Blog/Archive Page.

All I know is it’s a Page not a Post generated in the WP Dashboard.

I’m a noob so please tell me where I’m going wrong.

FYI: I’m using Elementor with Generatepress.
