"Start Customizing" Options don't fully load

Hi George,

Let's try to debug this.

Can you try disabling the child theme(if any) and ALL plugins except GP Premium? Then check the "Start Customizing" links if they start functioning.

If it still doesn't work, can you try these debugging tips?

It'll be real helpful if you can get the error logs so we can read through it and figure out what may be causing the problem.

I see you seem to have a child theme active. Have you tried disabling it as well?

Also, if your site is under CDN or has some sort of page and/or object caching, can you clear them? Let us know. :D

yes i have deleted those child themes from the FTP and i have purged all the caching in the plugin and disabled it

Can you provide us temporary backend access to check for header responses?

I was using Chrome but it should work with all browsers :)
