Hi ! I try to undestand from my page whats wrong for getting a mobile note of 74 on pagespeed insight. Is there a way to pay someone for having an intervention lol

I'm not sure I see what you mean.

It shows 90 on mobile, 98 on desktop.

As for improvements:
Your site has unused CSS coming from plugins. You can try installing plugins like Asset cleanup for this.
As for general site performance improvements, you can try installing optimization plugins to minify and merge all your CSS into 1 or 2 file/s.
