Specs for banner ad

I have someone wanting to do advertising on my website. They are asking for a size on specs for a banner ad. I have no idea what to tell them on that. Most users visit my site by mobile. What specs should I give? I use GP premium.
Hi there,
I assume the ad should be responsive? If so you shouldn't need to worry about the size.
If not then it depends on where you want to insert the ad.
