Spacing on Navigation

I am trying to compress the spacing between items in a secondary menu on the right side of my website. Right now, there is too much spacing.
I tried to adjust under:
Customize > Layout > Secondary Navigation > Menu Item Height and Sub-Menu Item Height, but it does not appear to adjust that menu at all.

Looks like you are using the navigation widget instead of secondary navigation in sidebar.
Definitely the good way to go.

Yes, for some reason there was some rogue CSS that was adding the spacing. I was able to delete the extra CSS and it looks better. Thank you!
