Spacing between blocks in a post

Is there an easy way to control spacing between blocks in a post? I checked the Wordpress documentation and it says this is usually controlled by the theme.
And could such a control be applied as needed (block-by-block) rather than a global setting?

Hi there,
make sure you have the Spacing Module activated in Appearance > GeneratePress - you can then increase or decrease the spacing in Customizer > Layout > Container.
Applying different spacing wouldn't work with the Masonry setting and there would be no way to designate different spacing for each post. Let me know if i have misunderstood.
