Space under header in tablet

Using Premium, I have the header perfect in mobile and desktop.
However, in tablet mode there is a space under the header.
Any ideas what is happening?
Also, I have mobile header off. It's kind of confusing. If you turn mobile header on, it gives you the option to use a logo (not a full header)

I'm sorry, I changed the theme to a different on because it wasn't acting right. It is now on Generatepress.Thanks
Instead of adding that header image as the header background, try adding it as the site logo:

and set all header padding to 0:

Thanks, that works. However, it's not easily discovered that you can't change the logo width to a larger size in "Site Identity" until you first change the container width. This will solve my problem. Thanks again
