space between rows

Hi,
I installed generatepress, made page, hit edit and started write text. When I hit enter it makes space like in word or notepad. When I hit publish I don´t see space between rows. I own elementor and there I just switch to text editor and write and everything is working. Am I missing something here? All I want to do is after I finish sentence hit enter and make space between rows. Since now I only made site in elementor. I bought generatepress just for blog and it driving me crazy I can´t make space between two rows.

can you share a link to a post where the paragraph spacing is missing ?
I´m building site offline with bitnami... I don´t mean blocks or spacing between blocks I mean when I start writing hit twice enter like here now
and have space between. When I publish page free rows are not there. I don´t know maybe it is like that default and I have to place some html tags in there I don´t know I´m new to this. So far I´m only able to make space when I take part of the text and "group" it but I would like to just hit enter and continue to write.
Is there a chance you can duplicate the issue on a staging site so we can provide better help?
Or we can revisit the issue once the site is live.
Issues like these are tough to help with descriptions or screenshots only.

You hit enter and moved to next row thats all I want to while I write text in blog... it is working but when I publish page it is still as one text like this

Go to Customizer > Layout > Typography > Body and make sure there is a bottom margin value. As this is the only area where the theme would change the spacing between paragraphs.
If changing the bottom margin value doesn't work then there is some other CSS in play that is affecting that.
Hi, thanks for reply. I took site from my laptop (win 8.1) and installed bitnami on my desktop pc (win 10) and I have no problem there. So there is some problem just on my laptop... but at the end it should be showing text normally.
Is sounds like some code was corrupted on your laptop install. Glad to hear you found a solution!
