Space between paragraphs isn't increasing

I recently bought a site and am trying to customize it. I can't figure out how to increase the space between the blocks. I've tried increasing the Paragraph Bottom Margin and nothing happens.
The previous owner had Generate Blocks, I've since removed it but I'm not sure if something still is stuck.

All of the paragraphs on every page are the issues. :) If you look at any blog post, the paragraphs aren't spaced out very much and I can't edit it.

first thing is tom set some Units against your typography values:

then clear your WP Rocket caches as i see you have their unused CSS option enabled which may hold onto old CSS.
