Space above header?

Hello, on my front page of my site, there is no gap above my logo. I understand I can add padding in Customizer > Layout > Header Padding...
However on blog posts like this and this, there is a substantial amount of padding above the site logo. Is there a way to remove this or keep them both uniform?

WOW! Had no clue that other plugin had the ability to do that.
Plugins have the ability to cause lots of weird things like this.
