Something strange happening with blocks

Been in to check a few posts and the after_header hook block has disappeared from some posts and it is also not allowing me to set up the usual after_header blocks to other posts.
Has something happened?
1st link below i havent touched the block and second link below is not hooking up.
many posts are also stripped of their width and spread across whole page, while some still ok.
Very strange.

Nothing has changed from our end and we haven't received any other reports on this.
Are you able to start a staging site and disable all plugins except GP Premium and GenerateBlocks to test?
Hi Leo - tbh only plugin I added 7 days ago was google site kit.
It appears to be happening on just a few posts but the one I am really trying to sort is below and I don't know what has changed that to make it look like it does.
I'm not sure either so we will need to go through some debugging steps.
Can you do this test?

Hi - I've never started a staging site before no.
Have deleted all inactive plugins and have disabled a few, a.m time now so will have to resume in morning.

Try contacting your hosting support as many of them offer staging site service for free :)
Or you can provide the dashboard access to us and I can try to take a quick look to see if I can spot anything unusual.
