something blocking script load (es Google Analytics)

Dear GP support,
I'm desperate. There is something blocking the loading of scripts.
For example, Google Analytics (GA) is no longer able to read users in real time. The GA code is inserted correctly with elements and worked well until my last WP update.
I have tried removing all my plug-in and restarted the server but the problem persists. That you know, could there be something in the theme that is blocking scripts from loading?

Can you try to disable js optimization in Cloudflare?
CF Dashboard -> Speed -> Optimization -> RockectLoader

can you try what Longinos suggested ( thanks Longinos ). And in addition to that - disable any script optimizations you have - such as those from Autoptimize.

It was not a trivial solution; I bothered three different developers without solving my problem. So, thank you very much!
