Some Settings Not Show Up

I just purchased the GP premium. Some settings are not showing up. For example, I only get two tabs for Page Headers - Content and Image Settings. Video and Advanced tabs flicker on for a second but then disappear. And there are not options below as seen on your videos.
Please advise.
Hi there,
Those tabs are only usable when content is added into the content area.
Once something is in that area, those tabs will appear :)
