Some problems with page header

Hello everyone.

I have added en image in Elements->new->header->Custom Image and I gave Dispay Rules as follow Location->page->Home, but on the page it doesn't appears. Then I have added second display rules Location->page->services for the testing purpose and on that page it appears. You can see it here. What am I doing wrong? any help will be appreciated.
There is not any plugins installed yet.

Hi there,

Can you try choosing Front Page in Display Rule and see if it works?

But there is not "Front Page", I only have "All Pages's - Home - Diensten - Contact"

There isn't Front Page under General?
