Some Images Cannot Be Viewed on My Website

Hi,
I am using the site library capital and my domain is https://brandonequipment.com
I have recently changed the image format from jpg to webp.
In the following attachments, there are total three images which cannot be viewed through the laptop computer. However, I can view it through my mobile phone.
I have tried to use different computer, same computer with incognito mode and still the images cannot be viewed.
Would you please advise how i can troubleshoot this?

These images get blocked by new browsers because are http not https.

Longinos is correct ( Thanks Longinos ).
If the original images were uploaded and stored as HTTPS then you may need to check with WebP Express plugin author how to fix that.
If they were not originally HTTPS then consider a search and replace plugin to update those URLS.
