Some elements change form "customize panel"

Hi,
I don't understand why some elements are correct when I'm in the customize panel and change when I return to the normal view.
Exp:
customize panel
Normal view-q1
normal view-2

That looks like you might have a caching plugin messing with the site.
If you do, try clearing the cache built into the plugin and disabling it.
