social widget top menu in all the pages

Hi,
i design the new home pages with sections.
i'm happy for the result but i have a widget in the top area at the top the menu with the social icons that i see only in the home page. i want to see the social icon at the top of all the pages
how can i do?

can you try clearing your browser cache or viewing the site in a private / incognito browser as i can see the Top Bar with social icons on all pages.

i solve I note that CSS had the variable body:not (.home) .top-bar(display:false;) with false
