Social share buttons once posts are opened

Hi,
I have GP Premium and WP Show Posts Pro. I want to put social share buttons once my posts are opened (not before like the feature in WP Show Posts Pro). Is there an easy way to do that? If not, could you recommend me a reliable, lightweight and compatible plugin?
