social media icons

So I know I keep bringing up icons... still haven't solved the problem with my Navigation Menu Icons. I upgraded Font Awesome to Pro and it slowed down my website from 8 seconds to 20 seconds! Customer support is not helpful at all so I don't recommend Pro to anyone. Their documentation is terrible too. I couldn't even get solid icons to work... and I've been wasting time on this for 2 months now. I usually can figure out anything in a couple days.
I was just ready to give up and go without icons because my GP site loads in 3 seconds without FA.
BUT WAIT! I realized I wouldn't have social media icons then. I saw Tom has a plugin but not in the style I need (see link to my site to see my icons in the footer). Any good SVG plugin?
I found that I downloaded this plugin called Safe SVG a while back but I can't find anything online about it... not sure if it was removed from WP.

I'm not aware of a social media icon plugin that offers SVG option unfortunately.
Worth doing some research on Google to see if there is one available.
I thought FontAwesome now offers an SVG option as well so might be worth checking the settings.
It does have a SVG option and it slowed my site down more... from 8 seconds load to 20 seconds load... plus it wouldn't allow for the solid icons. No one with Font Awesome had an answer and there is no documentation on that.
Another option would be to use a block element with GenerateBlocks to create the entire footer.
Then you can use buttons block from GB with icons.
