Social Icons Element Hook not displaying properly on all pages

I have created an "element" with social icons and put it in the footer using a shortcode.
On some pages it displays properly:
On others it looks like this:
Any fix for this?

I tried everything in that list but nothing seems to work. I also tried disabling WP Rocket and that didn't help either.
After checking, it seems the link I provided is the only page on the site where this issue is present.

Can you try disabling the site's caching plugin (CDN as well, the site seems to have Cloudflare)? Also make sure to check if the hosting has some sort of page caching on its CPanel.
Okay, I have disabled the caching plugin again.
We are not using any CDN and I'm hosting the site myself on Linode so there is no other caching enabled other than WP Rocket.
Something seems to be preventing GB's inline CSS from printing on that page. The /personvern should have this inline css - https://share.getcloudapp.com/6quvmj25 - but there isn't any. (there's one on the homepage though, that's why runs fine there)
Let's debug further.
Can you try disabling ALL plugins except GP Premium & GenerateBlocks and check the pages involved again?
If it finally works as intended, try enabling plugins one by one to see which one breaks it.
