need social follow icon in footer area without getting any plugin.
can you provide css to achieve that.

its more then just CSS. We need to write some HTML and do you a font icon library installed?
Whats the issue with using a plugin?

That plugin is super light. Can’t see the issue.
If you want to do without then you need some icons. Are you using an Icon library like Font Awesome or do you have images ( preferably SVGs ) for your icons?
