Smooth Scrolling by default (without specifying class)

Hi,
Is there a way to force all anchors links to use the smooth scrolling function by default ? Without having to specify class for each anchor ?
I'm redesigning a whole site with a bunch of content in it and I would save lot's of time if it was possible.
