Smooth-scroll not working

Hi I've read over a few of the smooth scroll pages and can't figure out the answer. I'm simply trying to get my navigation to smooth scroll to an anchor id.

If Smooth Scroll is activated in Customize > General, you just need to give your menu item this class: smooth-scroll

ah that hasn't solved it I'm afraid.
Your menu item URLs currently have home-page-2 in them. If you remove that, it should work.
