smooth return from page

Hi there!
I'm building a new site, onepage.
I need this feature:
when you go to https://test1.prow3sites.com/blog/ show the post.
Now, when you return to onepage, it' s hard... e.g. https://test1.prow3sites.com/#servicios
I would like a smooth return, can you help me?
