Slow performance, please help!!!!

Hi everybody again!!! Last December I opened a topic regarding Cart Fragments (I thought that code was slowing down my online store), but finally it had nothing to do with it (you helped me out to realize Cart Fragments were actually disabled -thanks!!!!-), so I made my own analysis and still haven't found what is going on with the website performance...
I am very concerned about the bounce rate. Could you please take a brief look to https://www.bronzeymora.com? For some reason (internal process, etc.) every page takes about 5 seconds to load, even though the page does not have any 'heavy' content, such as legal info, contact, etc.
To be honest, I have no clue what's going on. I tried to disable plugins such as Google fonts but the website did not improve its speed at all.
Do you have any idea?

Hi there,
have you spoken with your hosting company about performance ?
Problem i have is any tools i use to check the site performance are timing out before they complete the test which makes me think something is not right at the server level.
