Slow Dashboard; Optimizations

Last week my site began behaving sluggishly and now it is loading super slow.
I have contacted my host (Bluehost) and they say it is working perfectly for them. At the same time it is taking 15-20+ seconds to load a page. I am not able to quickly make any changes as the dashboard is responding extremely slowly, too.
I just tested the site in GTmetrix (PageSpeed Score 96%, Fully loaded time 1.1s) and Pingdom (Performance grade B 88), load time is 51.19s.
I have gotten everything from the site timing out to it loading in 1.6 seconds.
How can I tell if it is a problem with my host, GP, Elementor, or a combination?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
