Slide Out Menu not appearing

Hi,
I can't figure out why my slideout menu is not showing. I have it selected in Appearance > Menus and Customisation > Layout.
I have cleared browser cache
Tried different browsers
Disabled all plugins (Themer, Beaver Builder, PowerPack, UpdraftPluss, All in One Migration, Coming Soon Page & Maintenance Mode by SeedProd)
All plugins and theme are up to date.
Still not showing for any screen resolution.
Any ideas?

Looks like your entire primary navigation isn't showing.
What are you using for the navigation location here?

Hi Leo, thanks for the quick reply. I had it on no navigation because if I show it as anything else it shows horizontal navigation instead of slide out menu. I have not changed it to float right. What am I doing wrong?
I assume you only want to use the slideout navigation only?
