Site won't open.

When I try to open my site or the wp-admin for my site, this is all I get:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ')', expecting :: (T_PAAMAYIM_NEKUDOTAYIM) in /home1/wimcowie/public_html/thebillystory.com/wp-content/plugins/mailchimp-for-wp/includes/functions.php on line 69
No way to get in and make any changes.
I have a duplicate "sandbox" site I use to test changes, and that works just fine.
How do I get into my site to even look at what might be wrong?

Looks like MailChimp plugin is causing the issue. Did you modify any code within the plugin?
If not then you need to report this to their support.
You should be able to remove the plugin for now through FTP access.
Your host should also be able to help you as well.
