Site library won't install templates

I can't install a library.
I click on BEGIN IMPORT, but the process remains blocked on "installing Happyforms (free)".

I don't understand what's going on. My administrator tells me that gpsites.co has closed the connection.

Do you have any idea how to help me? Thanks a lot.
