Site Library will not load

I've installed the latest GP theme and premium plugin, and entered our lifetime license key. I've tried logging out, and reinstalling, but can not get the site library to load (screen recording: https://www.loom.com/share/4a989c03b6ff44e395e96a7e2f350851. I read another support forum, here's a screenshot of developer resources under inspect: https://share.getcloudapp.com/NQuNL9DD. There's an active SSL cert. I tried incognito and got the same results. What can I do to get this to load?

can you right click and inspect the page when you see the loading spinner - are there any errors in the Console of the developers tools.

Can you click on the Console Tab or click on the error symbol:
Ok so in the console there are a couple of errors related to the REST API and if you go to Dashboard > Site Health you will see this warning:
The REST API encountered an unexpected result
Check with your host to make sure the REST API is active on your WP install. Without it, a lot of things won't work including the GP Site Library
