Site Library Not Loading

I'm trying to open the Site Library but it's just spinning. I opened the Chome Dev Tool Console and see this resource is being blocked because of mixed content.

do you have an SSL certificate setup on the site ?
As mixed content would generally mean you have some content being delivered over HTTPS and over content from HTTP.
Thanks David. I just updated my Cloudflare SSL, purges the caches and is now loading. I appreciate the quick response.
