Site Library no funciona

Hola a todos, tengo el Site Library activado, pero solo me aparece modules y elements, no aparece la opcion site Library

quisiera trabajar con site library, que pueod hacer en ese caso?

This seems to be happening to some people since 1.8.

We think we have it fixed for 1.8.2, but it would be great if you could give it a try?
