Site library isn't shown on wordpress

Hi there,
I need help with my site library, its not shown in wordpress. When I click on the site library, the page is blank, no info, just nothing.
I read some tipps here but nothing helped. My server is on the latest PHP version (7.4) but the site library is still not showing. There are no other plugins as I just installed this website.
I also contacted my webhost, they tried to find the problem but couldnt.
They asked me for the IP adress from gpsites.co to check if there is any problem in communication, can you give it to me?
Or is there anything else what can cause the problem?
Hi there,
When loading the Site Library, right-click and "Inspect" the page. Are there any errors in the "Console" tab?
