Site library import stuck on "Gathering information"

Hi there! I'm trying to import the "Dev" site from the Site Library into my Wordpress installation, but whenever I try to do so on both my staging and live environments, after I click "Get started" I see a "Gathering information" message indefinitely. I continually get stuck on this step.
Do you know what's going on?
