Site library error

Hello, I just installed the premium version of GeneratePress on a Multisite Hosting and I cannot access the site library (the page is constantly loading).
In this hosting there is an installation of Wordpress in the root and I have not had any problem importing a demo site from the site library, but in the second installation of Wordpress that is inside a subfolder I cannot connect to the site library.
