Site Library 504 Gateway Timeout

Hello,
I'm having problems using the GP Site Library. I'm working on a staging copy of my live site. Every time I try to import a theme/content from the Site Library, it download the plugins, then the content and at the end I get a 504 Gateway Timeout at Import Content step.
I already use GP in other installations on the same server and that everything works perfectly.
Do you have any advice on how to solve this problem?
PHP 7.1
WP 4.9.8
GP 1.7.1
All plugins are disabled

It should give us more specific info about the error.

I was able to make it work.
It seems that it was a problem with the creation system of the staging copy that for some reason created corrupted copies.
