How do I make the website icon (favicon) appear on the search engine's serp?

I uploaded the favicon but it does not appear on the serp (mobile)

Hi David,

I wanted to inform you that after 2 days from the publication of the site, google automatically showed the site icon in the mobile serp.

I did not follow the procedure you linked to me, the icon automatically appeared!
