sidebars only displaying on right

Hi Folks,
I am having trouble with the sidebars. I have both enabled and set to sidebar | content | sidebar but it is displaying as content | sidebar | sidebar.
Do you have any ideas that could nudge me in the right direction?
Layout > Sidebars
sidebar layout = SB | C | SB
blog sidebar = same
singlepost = same
If I switch single post to any other combinations it remains as C SB SB
Apologies!! I had the below css in the bottom of my custom css:
#left-sidebar{
order: 1;
}
