Sidebar Widgets Color

I am using the standard GP customizing colors feature. By default, I assume, the color is blue for hyperlink and link hover is black. I went in to change that chose my colors his save and nothing changes, do I have to style these seperately?

Hmm the option should work. Are you seeing any changes in customizer preview?
